Ergonomics is crux of the furniture design. Whoever designs some piece of the furniture should be aware if it, unless one designs some sort of “a sculpture”.

The size matters!




Furniture design should respond to the ergonomics of work (especially in case of the table and a chair) and take into account the human anthropometry. It means the solutions should have the size and dimensions that will allow a statistical man to feel comfortable using them and not after some minutes of using them, setting a meeting with the orthopaedist.
